Account Closed/Unable to Connect

Hello,
The server went down last night and my boyfriend managed to log back on and play. However my account kept saying "Unable to Connect". Now it is saying my account has been closed.
Can someone look into this please, I haven't done anything wrong. Account name - Twingol.

Looked though that but it hasn't helped. I have left this overnight so its not a "password" ban. I am in the middle of redownloading the client. I have done the run CMD as admin and reset my IP but to no avail.
Waiting to see if this will work..

did you try typing login2.nostalrius.org instead of login.nostalrius.org as realmlist in your config.wtf ?

when you are trying desperately to login to the game, and it keeps kicking you out then at a certain point you are temporary banned to prevent hacking.
then after 15- 30 minutes you should be able to login again.

he left it overnight, shouldn't be a temporary ban :-/
