My account has been banned and I don't understand why.

So I was runing DM, and was waiting for tank to get back after the wipe, and as I'm waiting I go to use my Anti-Malware program after it finished cleaning up my PC, a message poped up for me to restart my pc and I accidentally clicked " ok ", computer restarted , I was pretty pissed, then the next thing I know it when I try to login on my account it keeps stopping saying cannot connect "help" or "ok". Two hours later I try to login and it says my account is banned?? Can I please know the reason? What did I do wrong here....

Staff will need your account name or character name to see if you were banned for a reason or if you were banned at all.

It'll take some time for the staff to see this thread. May want to give this a few hours or create another account and open a ticket asking the ban reason for your account. GMs won't handle appeals inside a ticket though so this is only means for asking what your ban reason is.

Well, that's pretty much pointless, because I'm pretty sure the reason was a mistake or something has to do with trying to login on the account while it's already loged in since my computer restarted I think my account could've stayed loged on, so I'll wait for a reply here, I guess I won't be playing today..

It's not pointless if you have a mistaken ban or have a ban reason that could be appealed. Just making sure though... are you able to login to your account right now? Enough time has passed where the anti-bruteforce measure opens your account again.

Anti-bruteforce basically suspends your account if someone has tried too many passwords with 1 account. I believe it's a 30 minute suspension, but I'm not too sure on it. I haven't seen an exact time because no one wants their account locked.

If you get "Unable to connect" you may be typing your password incorrect.
