Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Im trying to playing on your Server but every time im logging in, i got a Disconnect every 20-60 Seconds.
Doesnt matter im moving or not.

i create a new Account and try to play , but here i have the same prpblem.

I need help with this problem, i found a thread but i wasent answerd.

What kind of latency are you getting when you login? Are you using the official 1.12.1 Nostalrius client linked in the Beginner's Guide 2.0? Any modified clients or clients that aren't version 1.12.1 are auto-kicked by the server.
