Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

While trying to complete the quest "Cyclonian" I've encountered a problem.

After obtaining every item needed I can't turn in the quest. The questlog indicated it's completed and I have all the items in my bags. Questionmark above bath'ra the windwatcher stays gray and won't accept the quest.

Please help?

When logged out, try deleting the WDB folder under your WoW folder. This contains quest information that could possibly be corrupted. Deleting it will force the game to retrieve new data from server which might fix it.

If that doesn't work, try abandoning the quest and re-obtaining it. It shouldn't destroy the items in your bag and should count towards the quest completion when you re-obtain it.
