Succubus Quest Missing

Quest giver for my succubus does not show as available in Org or in UC. I'm level 26 and the quest requirement is 20. I've seen others on this board with this issue as well.

I have a warlock lvl 30 and I did the quest without issues. I think I got the quest around 27 or 28, because I do not use that pet at this point very much.
Should be a chain of quests and make sure you do not have it yet.

I, too, have a warlock level 35 that was able to obtain the Succubus quest at level 20 without any problems. But then again, I rolled alliance and I easily found my quest giver in Stormwind.

There have been a few other posts with people stating this bug, is there not a fix? The quest giver has a grey ! above his head, meaning not available...?

I'm level 40 and still don't have my succubus, neither UC nor Org quest guys will give it to me, any thoughts?
