Account Creation Limit Reached

Hello!
I just downloaded WoW Nostalrius launcher today. I tried to create an account but got the messsage "Account Creation Limit Reached". This is my first time coming on this website and i have never created an account. How do fix this? Also i have tried to create an account on my phone, didnt work

The IP you are using has been determined by the server to have the max of three accounts created. Can you Google how to change your IP or try creating accounts from another computer, like a work computer, friend's computer, or public computer at an internet cafe or library?
