Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I finally got internet back at my house, had downloaded the client at my younger brothers house with no issue, but now when I downloaded and launched from my personal computer all I get is a black screen, a distorted screen resolution and a rotation blue circle. I've searched around for a solution but have yet to find one. I'd rather not try to redownload the whole thing if I can help it since I'd rather not wait around another 5-8 hours for it to download. (if a redownload is required would it be possible to transfer the files from my bros comp with a flashdrive?) Please let me know whats up. Also deleteing WTF folder is not a solution.
