Paladin lvl 10 redemption quest

Right after resurrecting the Dwarf in Dun Morogh i went to turn in the quest and it wouldn't let me complete it....so thinking the quest was bugged i just abandoned it to start over and now the quest is gone. None of the previous NPC's in the quest have anything for me.

any help would be great
