Yesterday, my account was stolen，I changed my password immediately,but its too late.The thief to sell all my goods and items,and took the golds.So sad and angry!Can you help me to restore the items because i can't get it once again such as black decorations.Looking forward to your reply.

dear ZP820821,
we do not restore items or gold that was taken off your account.
your account is your own responsibility, and accounts do not get hacked that easy so it can be you have given your account details to someone that abused this.
