What I have seen in-game until now, all mails are sent by Horde/Alliance Action House (that is the sender with spaces in the name) and not from a specific account (which has no spaces in their name).
With some assurance I can say that nobody from the server staff members will ever send an in-game email to your account with gold.

In the future make screenshots of these emails and report them here on forum (do not delete them for prove). After the account has been solved/banned you can delete the email.
