Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Whenever I play I get these delays/lags. It looks as everything freezes in place for 1-2 seconds. My casts are completed but not actually casted, people start running in one place and so on.

I usually start off with around 10-15ms but then it goes to an average of 100-200ms and when these delays occur it can jump even higher.

My internet is decent and I was wondering what could be the problem? I was thinking that some closed ports could be causing a problem but I don't know which ports you use (If you can tell me which ports to open I'll be very thankful!)

Same thing is happening to me and a few friends.

I have the same problem playing from the US, have fantastic net but i always have a 1-1.5s delay on casting spells, dont know if it's server location, if so rip nost

It happened also to me in Desolace yesterday and with some delay on casting spells. Maybe it will be fixed soon.
