Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey, not sure if this is the right place to put this but the nostalrius downloader is broken: https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=638

When viewing this post to download the nostalrius game for new players (I already have it), when click on the "Download: Nostalrius Installer" it states that the file is no longer available, is there a reason for this?
