Hello, I've lost my password on my account when it got bugged after changing it ingame and getting disconnected from The server after it. I've reading forums and FAQ for days about passwords retrieves, and at FAQ says "Don't panic, while your password cannot be retrieved, it easily can be reset" then it tells the option and things you have to do for it, but seems like the staff didn't add that option yet. As that option is not there yet, people and even GMs told me to PM Admins to get The reset, but i didn't had acces to The email of The account so I didn't even have hope, but today I could retrieve my email account so my question is The same as title: Is that password "reset" working right now ? PMed admins for days now and they didn't answer me, and I didn't see anyone who got his account back from that reset or other any form.
If it is working, I'm asking you please to do that reset for me and send it to my email. I'm already 1 week without playing for that. Account name is "howhow", and I don't know if I can tell emails here so better not to tell it.
