Quest:Shards of the Felvine

I can't pick up the follow up quest called ''Shards of the Felvine'' from the NPC ''Rabine Saturna'' in Moonglade. I already completed the previous quest called ''A Reliquary of Purity'' that you can also get from the same guy. Am i doing something wrong or did they forget to add this quest after the release of Dire Maul. I already have a Felvine Shard in my bag(the quest item that is needed for ''Shards of the Felvine'').
