Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

For some reason when i try to log in with eatbugs account i get unable to connect and then account closed I know my password but it will not work.
if i log in with the other account i made bullterrier everything works. I just dont understand what the heck is going on, all this started when i hooked up the new pc(coincidence) i am sure but is there no way an admin can PM or something please

May I ask is it possible to tell if someone is playing that account? lol since i have not been able to since atleast June 1st
