Account Scammed.

First of all i want to thank you for bothering reading my problem.
I wanted to have two charracters in level 60. so im levling one myself (warlock) and thought i might aswell buy a levling boost on the other (great plan dont u think) xD

And as stupid as i am i tought 110 euros was a good price =)
started chatting with the guy and he seemd like a nice guy, giving me both id card and phone number.
After a while of talking, i sent him the 40 euros ( and decided to trust him ) (and 40 euros is pretty much for me as im an apprentice worker / student ) (was pretty sad to loose these but of well)
transaction was paypal. My paypal :[email protected] His paypal:[email protected]
(Luckily im not a idiot, so i only sent him 40 euros for a 10-30 run ( to check if he was legit ) and therefore i only sent 40) i had prelevled my charr to level 10 for less money ( 85 euros 10-60 was our agreement)
3days passed and he had spent 1 gold on my charr ( level 10 greens ) and he had leveled 11 and a half.
so thats when i realy got sceptical. i then confronted him and asking WTF was upp, he then told me he refuced to level, before i sent the last 40 euros ( wich was designed for 30-60 ) OFC i dident do this, beacuse i alrdy wasted 40 euros on 10-11 and a half xD so i got pretty pissd.
Ps: If you read all this ur crazy xD!.
Hopefully any staff members or anything will uppdate what`s going on, and if ur able to close the account.

Everything ended upp with both of us constantly logging trying to change password ( as this was my idea to change ) he tought of the same
To bad the nostalrius has a 30 sec chatt restriction when u logg inn the game, so none of us were able to change.
To bad i was sitting at work and a customer came inn, so i had to just give upp and realized my account was lost.
after i was done working i came back to "invalid password ofc"

Beacuse im an 18 year old boy and im able to take my consequenses and i guess buying account boost is illegal and agaist the rules. so u might aswell just bann it. I just dont want the hacker to have it anymore.
