Massive latency, suggestions?

When I started Nostralius, I was averaging 135-250 ms, a little high but doable. Last couple of days, i've been at 2k to 4.5k latency. My isp says they don't detect anything unusual and I'm unsure as to what could have caused this. Just thought i'd ask for suggestions? NA player from Ohio.
