Cannot log in(unable to connect or banned)???! help

So i tried to login to multiple accounts and they all say the same thing either unable to connect or the account is banned so if a solution could be posted i would greatly appreciate.

The account FerociousHobo has never been banned. Please try the solutions in the sticky threads.
Also please consider that after few failed attempts the IP is automatically temporary banned to prevent brute force attempts.

I'v tried that already it just gives me the unable to connect error everytime i try to sign in and yes i know my password and i am putting it in correctly
