Unable to connect

Hi, i was playing yesterday night, logged in created a character played a bit. and the new patch came out. Now it will not allow me to connect, do i have to update a file?

Okay, i tried what it said and still nothing - there was no

SET gxApi "d3d11"

change it to:

SET gxApi "d3d9"

I deleted my config folder to reinstate the beginning process, and i re did the realm list and i still get unable to connect and or account not available
