Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello, there are 4 stitches spawned at the quest location in Raven Hill Cemetary, each time I come there's a new mob spawned over and they are bugging 1 by 1 and causing big lag, and issues in the location. Please fix this
