T2 LEGS gone from inventory.

Hello,just found out im missing my t2 legs(character name Hammertimez) which i got 2015-05-21 from a Rag kill, i didnt delete them nore disenchanted they are just gone.this is the raid link from realmstats

P.S:This is the proof they actually went to me not to any other lock in guild.

They're very specific about their item restoration, so if you do not meet these requirements, you will not be able to have them restored, sadly:
"Item refunds
Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:
Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item."
PM that information to Daemon, if you have it. If you don't.. then you're outta luck, sorry.

I had this item for about 2 weeks least.And then it disappeared.Its not juts usual raid disconnect.How the hell i remember raid id if its 3 weeks at least since the raid.?
