Missing all characters?

Hello, my name is Haitharn, priest of <Blacklisted>. I attempted to log in a few mins ago after being gone since 10 AM CST. When I log in, I see no characters on the Nostalrius Begins realm or PTR realm. The last time I was on was 10 AM today, as seen here. http://realmplayers.com/CharacterViewer ... r=Haitharn

I was having problems before I finally reached the Nostalrius Begins server today. I clicked on the ISVV2 server by accident, and the game kicked me out when it tried to connect. After using the helpful forum pages in this section, I was able to connect to Nostalrius Begins. However, my screen showed up as such. http://i.imgur.com/nsUrNLb.jpg

I made a character and attempted to name her 'Haitharn' (the name of my level 60 priest main), and was told the name was unavailable. I am assuming my toon, and my other alt toons on my account, are still in the game, but somehow "missing" from my account.

I am very scared of what could have happened to my account, as I have never given anyone or any website my password. I have never bought gold or shared my account, so I have 0 reason to believe I did this. If someone from the Nostalrius staff could please help me in retrieving my missing characters, you would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading this, and hopefully we can fix my problem.

I found my problem, was logging into the wrong account. I was logging into the account I use on the forums, not the account I have players on. Very very sorry
