Quest : "Ledger from Tanaris" Bug

In the quest its required to obtain 4 items.
-Goodsteel Ledger: 0/1 - The items is bugged and can't be obtained from the outhouse in the quest, we should be able to talk to the outhouse and he would spawn it outside.
-Solid Crystal Leg Shaft: 0/20 - Obtainable
-Overdue Package: 0/1 - Obtainable
-Goodsteel's Balanced Flameberge: 0/1 - Obtainable

-I would apreciate a quick fix for this issue and would like a message ingame, when its fixed.
- Ingame name is Hotzy.

The quest works, try deleting your WDB before interacting with the item. If you still can't get it then open an in-game ticket addressed to me, and add a link to a screenshot that shows your character next to the item + your quest log with the rest of the quest complete.

bump I have tried to open a ticket but i can't, it wont let it stay open.

abandon the quest and take it again
and dont bump a thread after 8 minutes, there's no fucking point for that.
