Hello,

I was told I was 'Unable to Connect' while logging in.

After a couple of attempts, I logged off and logged back in. Still nothing.

Then I get this message saying 'This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use. Please go to http://www.wow-europe.com/en/misc/banned.html for further information.'

My account is mcsorley0

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The account mcsorley0 has never been banned. Wait 15 minutes and make sure you're entering the correct password. The error 'Unable to Connect' usually means that your password is wrong and after a few incorrect tries then you'll get a temporary lockout.

Thanks for the info.

I've tried this. I only get one 'Unable to Connect' and then the 'Account Closed' Message the rest of the attempts.

Reading a lot of threads lately, I've noticed a few people with very similar issues.

I've also received a pm telling me that changing my password via the User Control panel worked for one user instantly. Looking in the user control panel, I see that it's only for the forums account information.

This lead me to the forums again. I read a thread stating that a user cannot change their account password unless they were logged in using some sort of command. I wouldn't know how to do that i I were logged in!

I appreciate the help.
