Quest chain bugged, Kalaran Windblade and Trinkets

After finishing the quest chain "Set Them Ablaze!" neither the cutscene where kalaran turns into a dragon and flies off nor the box on the ground opening up to start up the "trinkets" quest happens. Is anyone else experiencing this bug or is there a way to fix it? I couldn't find anything else about it on the forums.

One issue has been resolved.
After getting ganked by two horde and dying, the box offered the quest upon resurrecting.
The cutscene where the npcs turn into dragons still will not activate

Can confirm that the cutscene doesn't work.the chest worked after I restarted client.
