account closed due to same IP

Hey, my account was disconnected randomly today and when I logged back on it said account closed. I've been told this was because I have other people in my bbuilding connecting with the same IP. We don't really have a choice and I would like an unbanned. Username is forum name. Thank you for fixing this.

This server does not IP ban as far as I know. That would mean entire groups of people, numerous players mostly in college campuses, apartments, dormitories, etc. would all be banned because of one person's actions which is not a good policy.

At most, you're likely to have your own account banned.
