Banned?

Dear Nostralius GMs

First and foremost, love the game! Recently tried logging in after a pretty severe disconnect. Was in WSG and had a spike that would not end. Closed down WoW, rejoined... tried logging, d/c messages. Connected once, and d/c'd again. Next attempt, I get the "banned" message.

Any idea what's up?

The account has never been banned. Wait 15 minutes and make sure you're using the correct password.

Tried my passwords... still getting the banned message.

Wait 15-30 minutes for the temporary lockout to end and then make sure you're using the correct password or you'll get locked out again.
