Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I recently took the quest a sacred burial in the Tauren starting zone. After I killed the necessary amount of interlopers, for some reason before I could complete the quest, it disappeared from my log. Does anyone know how to fix that? I read about people clearing their WDB folder for not being able to accept quests, does that help with not being able to finish them as well? Thanks in advance.

It can help with both. There is no definitive list of what deleting the WDB folder does and doesn't fix; it's just a standard troubleshooting method to try and resolve any problems someone has in the game. It doesn't delete anything critical to your character; it's just a cache of files downloaded from the server. If your quest is somehow messed up, deleting the WDB folder might resolve it as it forces new data to be downloaded from the server.
