I was just about to post in this thread; the new password reset feature is now live. Unfortunately, it looks like someone is logged onto your account and actively playing. If so, I don't think anything can be done. Maybe you can try resetting it after they've logged off the account? No telling when they will though.

I have no idea. I'm not even sure if it's possible; it's just a guess on my part.

Please try it on a regular basis to reset the password. If there is someone playing it cant be forever logged in.
