banned?

i registered an account on this server about a week ago, played a couple hours one evening, leveled two chars, and now when i try to log in i get the following error:

This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use.

not sure what i could have done to get banned in that amount of time? i'd like to know what the reason is before i start a new account. thanks in advance for any staff attention

The account has never been banned. Wait 15-30 minutes for your temporary lockout to end and make sure you're entering the correct password or you'll get locked out again.
