Quest Ledger from Tanaris bugged

I have a problem with the quest, Ledger from Tanaris.
I have gathered all the questitems and my questlog confirms its compleated. My minimap confirms its compleated but the NPC im suppose to hand it in to have a Silver Questionmark over his head.
I'w tried to log out and in, reset my UI etc but aint working.
I found on google what I think is a forum thread from another private server where alot of ppl having the same experiance as I'm having. The NPC's name is Krinkle Goodsteel in Tanaris - Gadgetzan
Anything you could look into?
