Still not able to log into account?

Hello, I recently made a post about my account not being able to be logged into. When I go to connect to my account it says "Unable to Connect". I have gone through and changed my ip address and still nothing happens. Everyone on the forums says reset password but there is nothing to reset the password. And I am not sure why I am not able to log into my account. The username is jebevassve

Yes there is. It's a new feature just literally rolled out this week. It's in the Announcements forum and in this sticky thread in the FAQ section: "How do I reset my password?"
