Banned last night for 'hacking'

I was ported to GM island last night and asked 'have you read our TOS' and accused that I had been hacking on my account yoloswagbae.
This is my main account, I'm level 60 with over 13 totally legitimate days played.
The gm even mentioned that I had 'hacked that day', this is COMPLETELY untrue/impossible as I had been at work all day and played 2 battlegrounds and stood in Ironforge/AH ONLY, as would be clear by any logs or data stored about me.
I'd really like to know the reasoning behind these brutal accusations as I can honestly state I have not hacked on this account at all, if someone could pm me to discuss this further that'd be great.
I appreciate the hard work you do in cutting down on cheaters, but I have been concerned floating around this forum that a certain number of players receive bans on little more than a hearsay basis but thought that time would be taken to fully investigate higher level/higher played time players. It totally sucks if everyone's account is potentially at risk to be accused of something and banned for something they haven't done.
