WOW account banned

Greetings. my account name is ReggieDyer and i am new to your server. I've been playing for a few hours and downloaded some addons today. while questing in tirisfal i was disconnected and tried to log back in about 10 times. i kept receiving the error 'unable to connect' after a few more tries i revived the message stating my account was banned and and locked.

PLEASE HELP. i was enjoying the game and experience

It still says its closed, can you check on this for me? This is the main reason I play the retail version as things like this dont tend to happen.
