Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I have some micro stuttering no matter of what settings I chose, evne with v-sync on. More of it, no matter of what refresh rate I chose with vsync on, the fps is always bigger then the refresh, for example if I go 100 hz, I get 101.4. At 60 hz or 120hz refresh is worse.

My machine is an I5 2500k, Samsung SSD, 8gm ddr3 1600 mhz, Radeon 9750 with a samsung 27" 120 hz monitor.

Any input would be much appreciated.

Make sure all hardware drivers and firmware are up to date.

you don't get it, wow 1.12.1 is the only game I cant get sync. For example at 100 fps with vsync enabled, I get constant 101.4, if I remove v-sync I have more but its choppy cause its not synced. If I change refresh for 60, I get 61. No matter of the settings I have, I dont get perfect sync, resulting in choppy gameplay. And like I said, 1.12.1 client is the only game I have choppy gameplay, basically its like I loose frames each second.

I made a thread on this a few months back. I have the exact same issue. I could never fix it.
