Does anyone know if it's in the game? Cause according to my Atlas Loot it's unsafe, as in, never seen on the server. I can't imagine that checks out if it does drop.

Wowhead says it was added in patch 1.11.1 so that's probably why?

Aren't we on some 1.12-1.4 hybrid?
Both are after 1.11.1

Yeah patch wise we're on 1.12 but content wise it's 1.4

Basically means quests and items of 1.11 won't be in until we're on that patch (so to speak)

1.4 is one of the earliest patches which introduced the honor system, 1.11 is the Naxx release patch so that'll be a while from now.

I'm an idiot, I thought 1.11 was before 1.4 because I kept reading it mathematically as 1.40 rather than counting up from 4 to 11
