Visual stuttering with looping audio

Whenever i play the game every 5 minutes or so i get a 5 second lag where my game appears to freeze and the audio starts looping like crazy. i want to know a solution for this problem, im playing with a 970 gtx ti and i heard using to advanced of a video card could cause problems like this. so id like to know who else has experience with this and if theres a solution. I NEED THIS RESOLVED

Does this happen with anything else other than WoW?
Make sure all your hardware drivers are fully updated (motherboard, video, sound etc.)
What are you using for sound? (On-board default sound chip, dedicated card etc,?) You might want to try something else, if available to see if you get a similar result. (To further isolate/eliminate causes.)
Try putting the video+sound settings in WoW to the default.

it happens in no other game i play. i will post a video to show you what the issue is... im glad your an admin *rolls eyes with extreme emphasis* i have some of the most top of the line hardware in my pc.. that is the only problem i can think of with such an old game. im using realtek hd audio btw, but as i said there is no issue in any other game.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcmG-LiTqLQ is exactly what is happening to me... the first loops at around 15-20 seconds is more like how mine is the other loop is twice as long as the longest loop i have ever had. his is due to multicore rendoring but mine is not
