Can i have a quest reset?

Just submitted this ticket with the character "oglim".

i was doing the quest "A Dark Threat Looms" in loch modan, its a quest chain. The last mission I got was using "Disarming Mixture " in a keg at the dam.

I did it, the keg gave me the final quest (going back to the npc for the reward), but i moved a little bit and the mission window closed, so i lost the mission and the final reward.

Could you please give me the last mission so i can go to the npc for the final reward? The npc gives a nice axe i could use ^^

Stupid question, but can't you abandon and retake the quest?

Nope, i dont have the quest anymore. Looks like the mission was cancelled or something like that.

And the npc doesnt offer the mission. (An it would be a pain in the ass doing again the whole chain)

EDIT: I asked another player to share the quest, but he said that he couldnt because the game said i alredy had the quest

Got the reply to my ticket. The GM says they will help me if i can prove i didnt finish the quest. Dont know how ill prove that....

Also, the option to reply to the ticket is not available , i cant reply the answer i got for my ticket.
