Alright im rly freaking out right now & this headache is just getting worse
I passed the last month leveling this char & today when i tried to log in i couldnt, yet my brother is seeing me online can anyone help me please ive been playing the who morning with my brother till like 1pm st ( went to eat dinner came back & couldnt log in ) im using the same username as my brother ( he's 3 instead of 2 ) but different passwords please... This is just redicilous i have pics till the last moment & i have email address & username went to the site to reset it but couldnt it keep saying .

An staff member will respond to you when they get online, they normally respond in the first 24 hours. The password recovery is only available once every 24 hours, in the mean time. My suggestion to you is that you scan your computer for viruses and malware, once you're sure that it's safe to use, change the password you're using on your email and keep trying to use the password recovery.

Is not an error, that is a feature to prevent user on spamming the reset password option.
If you already used your account in the last 24 hours, it means that you know the password and you do not need a password reset.
So if this guy kept playing every day for the next year ill be able to recover my acc in 2016-2017 ... I'm rly into rage mode atm so can u just recover my acc plz i have everything u need mail / ss / u can even check my ip ffs this is just ridiculous trying to lvl my char for the last month & logging in everyday for this to happen... The gms don't give a shit about you. It's in the terms that security is up to you, just look at this forum and search back even to the beginning, it's riddled with people being banned and hacked and never a response or any help. Good luck
