banned

My ban was supposed to be lifted 2 days ago according to the website but I am still getting the "This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use" error message. I'm not sure why I was banned anyway, it must have been an accident. Looking for some help and is this happening to anyone else?

When you request a reason for the ban that you have, please post also the account name that you are using.
Please do not wait for us or any other user to ask you about the username.
