Have you tried opening an in-game ticket to report the player in a more secret manner? If shlohmo is indeed botting and is browsing the forums and sees this thread, he may stop botting so if any GM investigates he won't get banned.

Not to mention if he's innocent, you might just have ruined his reputation, among other things. Always use the in-game ticket system to report players, it's safer and increases the chances of the person getting caught if he's doing anything.
