As far as I am aware until one does i'm stuck on this thing forever.

Have you tried jumping in the water, jumping off a cliff and die, entering a building or other things that usually dismount a player?

no no, sorry wasn't clear enough.

I'm on a flying mount - it's that bug where you just fly and fly through the world forever.

I opened a ticket hours ago, until a GM gets me off this thing i'm stuck. I've heard of it happening to others

Sounds like a backend issue to me. Check other posts where ppl say the server is down.

For the info of any who get this same issue and find this topic - I fixed it by getting a summon.

had it, but it corrected itself luckily, tried waiting a few minutes while online flying?
