Character lost after server reset

Just recently the server had a reset timer. I was questing with my lvl 15 warrior in Loch Modan. When i logged on again the character had disapeared . Is it a possibility to get it back?

Imagine this happening to people at level 60 with a lot of time and dedication (farming, gearing etc.). This issue needs to get attention.

Your character exits and it is level 15, but is on another account. Please look in the folder WTF and after open folder Account to see which accounts you have used on that machine.
