Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I bought the level 40 mount riding skill today just after the downtime for the weekly honor addings. I got on and bought the riding and rode around on my new mount for a little bit then got off to go get my wisdom teeth removed. Once I came back home my friends told me there was a setback on the server and I when I logged back in my riding skill I had just bought for 81gold is now gone. The mount is still in my inventory. I am now down 81g with no riding

Nostalrius staff doesn't recover any lost items/gold due to a server crash rollback, unless it's an epic item dropped within a raid instance, which also requires extensive proof. As I don't know if they make exceptions, I'd say that your chances are very slim if not nil even if you supplied proof. You'll just have to wait and see what staff says when they come online and responds.

I think this two screenshots are enough proof to get the gold or your mount skill back.

The problem is they don't really proof anything. He The image could have been taken on another private server or simply just photoshopped.
I do believe the OP guy, just saying that the GM's decision is not just to look at an image and say Yeah or No. And therefore there IS a realistic risk that his request can be declined.

Out of a neutral and non biased standpoint, the photo of the training can just be a visual error and the training might already have been acquired. But what I find more odd is that the first photo with the training is hole and intact. Whereas the other one is not, if it's a legitimate screenshot taken by the World of Warcraft client, then there's no way this could have happened. Which suggests it has been opened in an editing program, as to why I have no idea. Either way the best way to confirm this glitch would be for staff to actually login on the account, which they might/might not be able to do. But once again, Nostalrius restore agenda caused by a server crash rollback is limited to Epic loot dropped within raiding dungeons.

How am i suppose to get into contact with a GM about this issue or will they come to be through this thread?

You can open a ticket ingame. Click on the red question mark > stuck > still stucked (or something like that.. I write via Smartphone at the moment). Describe your problem and add your screenshot links too.

Had a ticket open for a few weeks. No response. They ended up just closing the ticket with no reply

They absolutely should not do that. It happened to me once (no in game mail after the ticket closure), I posted about it on the forums, and I got contacted by a GM regarding my issue later.

Try PMing one of the admins (Daemon) about this.
