log in info reporting as wrong

I just opened an account, and am logged in here but when I go to log in the game it states "the information you entered is not valid" I have checked over and over it is the same as this log in. Is there something I need to know. I have followed all the steps concerning deleting cache files , making sure the realmlist file reads correct and placing the folder in a core directory. Still I get this, is there something I do not know about starting?

Your forum acount is not the same as the game account...if that is what you are saying. Use the sticky threads above to troubleshoot.

Solutions:
Ensure you have properly registered an account on the main Nostalrius website. Remember, forum accounts are separate from game accounts; neither are shared and you cannot use one to log into the other.

Don't forget, creating an account for the forums is not the same as creating an account to play the game. Go to https://en.nostalrius.org/#iwannaplay to create a game account.

Step 3: Create an account and log in
If you haven't yet created an account for the game (separate from forum!), create one. You should now be able to connect to the server. There is no Email activation needed. Use your log in credentials to log in and play the game. Have fun! .
