Suddenly banned

I just got banned and I do not know why or what for. Could a GM be so kind as te tell me what the reason is for this ban? I was questing while all of a sudden my connection failed and I couldn't log in anymore, it then said I was banned.

The account has never been banned. Wait 15 minutes for the temporary locked out to end and make sure you're entering the correct password or you'll get locked out for another 15 minutes.
