I can't log in and i will not understand what is going on... i received the message "UNABLE TO CONNECT" ...

Please anyone help me...

Gonna need some context if you want help. Did you create a game account on the web site? Have you tried anything noted in any of the sticky threads to resolve the problem? Have you logged in fine before but suddenly now you're not able to? Tried logging into the main website or resetting your password?

The server does seem to be down. I can't get in on my account either.
