Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I found out that my item stats were out of date, and not showing the correct stats etc. (IE Warlock Royal Seal of Eldre'Thelas not showing SP).

I came upon this thread when searching for a solution, and followed the instructions. I did not help at all, and furthermore, I discovered that my WTF and WDB folders wasn't getting redownloaded after deletion.

Anyone out there got a clue what I am doing wrong?

Run wow as an administrator or delete the WDB folder in your user directory
