Account closed?

Hey guys. I'm having trouble logging in, the first time I try to log in each day it just says "Unable to Connect", and the second time it says my account has been closed but I don't know why that would be. I don't do anything that is against the terms of use. Is there any way to get help or to get my account closure explained?

The account has never been banned. Wait 15 minutes for the temporary locked out to end and make sure you're entering the correct password or you'll get locked out for another 15 minutes.
