Linken's Sword

I accidently deleted Linken's Sword for the quest "It's a Secret to Everybody". Can I get this restored?

There doesn't seem to be a way ingame to recover it (dropping and re-accepting the quest did not work).

Hey did you ever get your sword back? I accidently used my videre Elixir and now I cant get the follow up and cant get any more elixir
